Anyone also feeling v hot at night?

My aircon is now 21 degrees and I also changed to thinner blanket but still feeling v hot and difficult to sleep.. sometimes wake up sweating🥲 any suggestions on making it more comfortable or cooler? #advicepls #FTM

I think not due to preg only but sg weather has been horrible without wind recently

Yeah it has>< but ya even with cold aircon I still feel so warm haha!
