Anyone also feeling v hot at night?

My aircon is now 21 degrees and I also changed to thinner blanket but still feeling v hot and difficult to sleep.. sometimes wake up sweating🥲 any suggestions on making it more comfortable or cooler? #advicepls #FTM

That happens to me when i have my period. Thankfully i feel better blowing fan and covering myself with comforter
