Ttc while having pcos

After long hiatus here, I came to find out that I have pcos and it could lead infertility or more difficult to get conceived. I don't really see posts on infertility and I would like to hear your success or failure stories on pregnancy while suffering from similar chronic illnesses. So my question is how were you able to conceive and what changes you make in your life to do so? #pcos #ttc #bfp #pregnancy #infertility

hi there. I was diagnosed with PCOS from way before I got married, which was 7 years ago. On top of that, my husband has LSC. After getting married, we knew we wanted to try right away, so began long tedious appointments with different specialists. We tried normal medication and natural methods during the first three years. Then, IUI via private clinic in the forth year. Then a quick break for about 8 months. Finally quit my job, went to SGH for IVF, which was a journey that lasted over a year. But, after 6 and a half years of trying, God granted us a beautiful baby girl and I am now 6 months pregnant. My advice is to be patient. While it may or may not work out for you even when you go for the assisted conception routes, be patient and don't give up. Try again, and again. And hopefully your partner and yourself are always there to support each other. Baby dust to you!
