Ttc while having pcos

After long hiatus here, I came to find out that I have pcos and it could lead infertility or more difficult to get conceived. I don't really see posts on infertility and I would like to hear your success or failure stories on pregnancy while suffering from similar chronic illnesses. So my question is how were you able to conceive and what changes you make in your life to do so? #pcos #ttc #bfp #pregnancy #infertility

actually my doc told me pcos is very common. its nt a major issue of people ttc. its just more of how rushed are u in terms of timeline(age) and like stress tt it causes and type of pcos. anyways can try tcm ... some do like accupuncture... i did like womb and moxibust . i hv friends and myself that took pills to regulate period and trigger ovulation. personally for me mine is due to excess weight so i change diet to better help w pcos with natural food and home cook and weight loss. cut caffine and only warm drink no liang food. but this generally for concieving as well . i find the natural home cook food helps w pcos. but to loss alot weight in a short time to concieve naturally was very stressful for me. i concieved with the help of doc prescribed medicine to help ovulate or regulate period. the path he suggested was if pills cannot then to do SO iui or ivf. so it depends on how tight your timeline and if u are open to medical options. i ended up doing ivf cause my hub got slight low sperm n we are in late 30ties already. baby due in September. dont lose hope. be positive... all the best.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am focusing on eating more home cooked than having takeouts and eating out. Congrats on your little bundle of joy. I will keep your advice in mind :)
