Faint bloody discharge at wk10.6

After dinner and walking around at the mall, I felt a gush of discharge. Went toilet to check, my panty has faint bloody stain. Recently also realised like got discharge whenever I get up from floor or like squat down for a while to take things. 😅 Should I be worried. 😮‍💨 #pleasehelp #firsttimemom #advicepls
