Although, with my experience with miscarriage and conception, I would recommend wait for at least 2-3 menstrual cycles so that your body is able to rebuild the uterine lining properly again, ovulate on time again and the processes come back to normal.

ideally 6months, so that uterus get enough time to get healed up from the abortion and you can use this time to eat healthy food and keep up a good lifestyle.
