Hi mama, doesn’t matter the amount. Although it can be left outside for 4 hours at room temperature, it is still advisable to store expressed milk in the fridge immediately if not intending to use yet. You can store the expressed milk in the fridge, then continue later and combine when all the milk is about the same temperature in the fridge.
