The weeks determined by gynae is due to the size of ur baby. So if the difference is about 1 week, it is likely because ur period cycle is 35 days (28 days plus 1 week). Usually after vaginal scan there might be some bleeding, so it could be normal as long as it gets lesser and not more. I know how worrying it can be. But ever since I saw my baby’s heartbeat at week 6 + 1, I feel a lot more at ease. Doctor gave me progesterone hormone meds to prevent bleeding cos he abit kiasi. I suspect he just wanna be extra cautious since I had a chemical pregnancy previously. Hoping everything will go smoothly for u! Don’t worry too much!!
