Any advice po hindi na po ako masyado nakain ng rice tapos hindi na din ako nakain ng sweets, no sugar na din na tinapay kinakain ko pero ito parin po result #firsttimemom

Brown rice po nlng po and wheat bread. Bumawi nlng po ulam like fish, un sabi ng endocrinologist ko. Avoid nlng dn po ng oily and fried na mga ulam. Fatty foods po nagcacause dn ng pagtaas ng sugar according to my endo.

Try nyo po steamed nlng..avoid na po fried and oily foods. Recently lagi lang po steamed cauliflower at broccoli ulam ko, minsan steamed tilapia. Ganon tlga momsh, tiis muna..para healthy. Healthy mommy, healthy baby! God bless our pregnancy journey.❤️🙏🏻
