Watercress soup

Accidentally drank watercress soup on week 16 and very worried as I just read that it will cause miscarriage or bleeding ....facing slight cramps now...anyone facing this kinda issue before ? :(

It is better to contact your doctor . I also hear it is not suitable for pregnant woman.
