Chinese soup

Hi can I check any suitable soup for preggy? Used to have old cucumber, watercress soup etc but now abit lost what I can take other than ABC soup? Some suggestions pls? Thanks! #1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy

everything in moderation, no herbs understand that many comments old Cucumber is cooling, I drank it quite often during pregnancy and baby is born healthy

most soups are ok, was advised to not drink herbal soups with dang gui

I drink chicken soup, old cucumber and lotus root too!
