Im w7 d4, done 2 scan, i dont see anything in the sac. When ultrasound will see baby heartbeat?

tqvm mum 2bs. i hv went to ob to scan again 3x and doc able to measure the size is ard 6w. i can see flickering too.. so touched! feels better now. but doc ask to sleep more as im stress and have yeast discharge :(
