W5 d1 now but 2 small pea size of brown spotted,

after use tisu wipe no more. Abit worry as this my 3rd preg after 2loss. My kkh appt is this thu. Any tips how shall i stay calm & relax?

Im 8+1 worry bout wfo as last week few colleague tested +, Been request from my boss to wfh. He give me silence treatment. Feel so emo maybe he dont like lady worker expecting. My team all male just 3 ladies, dont think many same request as mine. Been wfh during pandemic.

personally, i prefer wfo cos i am able to move ard a bit. but if you prefer wfh, maybe can ask help from your gynae to write a recommendation?

Im w7 d4, done 2 scan, i dont see anything in the sac. When ultrasound will see baby heartbeat?
