ANMUM MATERNA PLAIN

On my 8 weeks of pregnancy and andaming kong worries about sa flavor ng anmum but surprisingly super nagustuhan ko yung plain flavor kase it just tastes like regular milk! ❤️

hinayhinay lang po sa any maternal milk, minsan sila po ang cause bakit nagkaka GDM tayo mga buntis. big no-no sya from my dietician, much better for full cream milk kinds like Arla, make sure to check yung total added sugar content :)

pero ofcourse, iba tayo ng OB, what applies for me may or may not be applied for you. depende sa case mo
