7 weeks pregnant
7 weeks pregnant, no nausea, just fatigue and sore breasts. Normal? My first gynae appointment is next week. My stomach feels normal except for some pulling & twinges.

Normal. I only feel nauseous later. Some symptoms will come later, but also depends, diff mummy diff pregnancy diff experiences! Congrats!
