My 7 mths LO not drinking FM and solid food for 2 days already. What should i do?Very worried here.?

Yeah my baby just had hand foot and mouth! And she went on a good strike. So I fed her milk using syringe. Also I froze some of her milk into these Popsicles I bought from IKEA and gave it to her as a milk Popsicle. She loved it. Each Popsicle can store 40 ml of milk and she finished half. I also blended strawberry, blueberry and banana and gave it to her to eat. I guess she found it so yummy that she couldn't help but eat it, even though her throat was aching.
