7 months pooping alot

My 7 months okd baby used to poop once or twice a day but for last few days he has been pooping 4 to 5 times a day the poop is dark green and watery, can anyone guide why is it and what to do ?

You should visit a doctor because the poop is watery and your baby might get dehydrated.
