Marks on Baby legs

My 5month have these marks spreading on his legs.Does anyone what it is and how to treat it?

Looks like fungal infection. But I may be wrong. Best to consult doctor for treatment.

Hope u have consulted a doctor? I would bring my kids to polyclinic.
