What do you do or apply to your tummy when you are having those cramping episode?

Am 4 weeks 5 days but I still have cramps and it can get pretty bad but better after few minutes and there's no bleeding #1stimemom #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby

a warm shower helps, no bath tho as it can get too hot. a warm pack at the tummy works too. don't drink any cold drinks for a while. cramps are normal as your uterus is growing and there's hormones acting up. just try to rest more in general.
