1 month old baby temperature 37.4

Is 37.4 consider fever for a 1 month , 9 days old? If yes what should I do?

Altho fever is 37.5 onwards, i would still consider it as fever and monitor first, i wont give medicine first and just out kool fever. Oh and my baby was on the warmer since since birth. His body is on the warmer side
