Traces of blood sa Urine

27 weeks pregnant. Just has urinalysis, my OB said may blood sa urine and baka raw nagkakaron ng contractions. Mag Duvadilan ako for 2 weeks. Baka po may same case dito, may natural ways po ba to resolve this and UTI? Thanks
