No rice for now, more on veggies and protein- less than a half cup of fruits na low in glycemic index. Try to walk after meal at least 15-30 mins if kaya kahit walk in place pero mas ok if kaya mo outdoor. Been diagnosed with GDM since my 12th week and now once a day na lang ako nagtetest since namanage ko na yung glucose level ko. Currently in my 26th week of Gestation.

Mataas po yun, mejo mahirap po i manage ang GDM. Nag stick po ako sa leafy greens, protein (fish and chicken breast part), brown rice. Pero hirap pa rin po ako kasi fasting sugar ko ay above 95 po before breakfast. Kaya ang ending nag insulin din.

I tried Shirataki rice for rice replacement since low po calorie and zero sugar. I also added ampalaya sa diet ko and umiiwas ako sa pag kain na meron added sugar. More protein po and veggies.

Replace brown rice po sa white rice and for breakfast, oatmeal lang and almond milk or lowfat milk.
