2020 Health and Wellness Goal

2022 is coming and we can now start to plan our Health and Wellness goal to achive for a healthy Living. First on my list: (1) Prioritize self-care. (2)Practice good sleep hygience with regular Schedule. (3) Develop and stick daily routine (4) Find sometime for Physical and Mental Exercises. (5) Get Involved with a supportive Community. Finding a community of people who all share common goal will give you a place to go during possible moments of weakness, and it can allow you to help other people on their journey to achieving the goal, which is motivating and rewarding in itself. Im encouraging Moms Like me to include joining and engaging in TeamBakuNanay fb group in your 2022 goal.
