20 weeks pregnant! Baby movements! can't differentiate ?

Hi all, am 20 weeks pregnant now 1st pregnancy sometimes aftr food and evening time also feeling some movements in my tummy but I couldn't tell exactly its baby moves because sometimes it's like gas something in stomach may be because of food, cant feel much can't differentiate also is that normal how to differentiate with gas n baby moves pls suggest me ?
