2 year old having red bumps on private area

My 2 years old baby is having this type of rashes and its spreading towards her butt and tummy. Can anyone help me to tell which cream or home remedy should i use or isit a chicken pox? #pleasehelp #FTM #firstbaby #firsttimemom
