2 weeks old poop

My 2 weeks old baby poop like this. Can anybody help me with this. Is this normal, ok? A concern? Should I bring to hospital to check? Also he is drinking full formula milk -nan blue tin 0-6 months. Is it because of milk, do I have to change? Constipation? If yes do share what kind of milk formula is good tho I understand we need trial and error for them. Should I be very worried about this or just observe first? He is also drinking milk well 60-90ml every 2/3 hours. Only today he poop as such. If the poop is hard and like pebbles means baby is constipated. Healthy stool should look somewhat soft and runny. Im using what kkh gave from born, lactogen 1 so far baby 1 month old no prob

    it's not hard. when I tried to press it it's actually soft. but it come out like that. so not sure why. do I have to change his milk? or just observe first. is this normal.
