Pregnant but no baby on ultrasound

2 urine PT tests faint line, serum blood test positive After Ng serum test, nagpunta agad sa OB gyne and nagpa ultrasound, but wala pang makita Sabi Ng sonologist, must be very early pa to see the embryo. Medyo kinakabahan but inassure ako na it's normal daw. Dahil conclusive and blood serum test, pero kinakabahan parin ako. 😭
