#1stimemom #RespectMyPost Good day po medyo kinakabahan ako kasi next week mag 75ogtt. Mahilig ako sa matatamis 🥺 Any advice po what are ways to have negative result sa OGTT po?

Wala ka magagawa before test ng ogtt dun mo kase malalaman talaga kung may GDM ka kase papainumin ka ng super matamis na juice. Ang magagawa mo lang after is diet no sweets more water dapat. Pero kung super taas ng result. Need mo na mag insulin.
