water therapy momsh. i drink water every 15 mins. and more fruits like guava, orange, ponkan, apple, banana, calamansi or lemon juice ok din. yung natural calamansi or lemon.

Try nyo po yung suob na sinasabi nila. Natry ko po and effective sa ubo at sipon. Water, ginger, lemon and konting honey po.
