Constant headache during 2nd Trim

This is my 1st pregnancy, Im 18 weeks and starting to get frequent headaches. Blood pressure is normal. Is it normal/common? #firsttimemom #firstbaby

same here mummy on my 18weeks i having a headache not ones but almost every morning. itook paracemol that time but not everday.i took only when i cant handle my headache

Did u tell ur gynae? Im in first trim but im having constant headaches. Every day the head just feels like exploding.
