reject his dad

hi my 14mo is rejecting his dad. when his dad tries to carry him or even touch him, he would reject him completely and cry super bad. dad is actually very gentle w him doesn’t scold or show violence towards him. he can try even when in the same room as him. what can i do to help? anyone has encountered this? pls help

hello mummy, my 2nd used to reject his dad when he was arnd 10months old. I wasnt able to do much but just give it time for him to get comfortable with his dad. my baby is bf so he's very attached to me, but now he's 2yo, he likes his dad and plays with him. sometimes he would pick his dad over me even though I'm stil bf-ing him. :) no worries mummy, just cherish your moments with your baby :) I know it's hard but they grow up so fast you'll never notice that they're not babies anymore. 😢 (my 1st used to be mama's boy but now we bicker more than we hug and it's sad)

hi mummy does your son cries the moment he saw his dad? how do u let your son get comfortable with ur husband? we tried all ways even letting his father bring him out but he cried so bad 12th floor also can hear. we are really running out of ways :( and honestly i know my hub is upset but he is trying.
