Paracetamol

Hi. 12 weeks now and hv headache every other day. Is it OK to use panadol/paracetamol.

Only as a last resort for me; current doctor recommendation is that it is safe but some research has also shown it may be bad for the fetus development. I get by by drinking isotonic water, dark chocolate and lying down for a few minutes.

Hi... Yeah, it is safe to take panadol/paracetamol for pregnant and breastfeeding mom.. Hope you get well soon ❤️

I use medicated oil instead. Headache cld be due to dehydration

Safe, but use the most basic Panadol. :)
