11 month old like to bite and throw

My 11month old boy like to bite us. Is it normal?how to stop him? He normally throw whatever in his hand since 7month. How to correct him?

Is he Teething? Give teether? Biscuits? Have to keep repeating n say not to throw or bite anyone.
