Baby refuses to sleep!

My 1 month +baby dont sleep or nap after feeds during daytime and till late night (11pm+). She sleeps about 7 to 8hours only. Its been weeks... should i be worried?

newborns sleep a lot. awake time is around 45 min to an hour. swaddle baby and make him sleep?
