However, be sure to cook the pork well before consuming, because undercooked pork can be infected with the parasitic worms, Trichinella spiralis, and lead to trichinosis.

Postpartum

You can eat pork loin during the postpartum period. It is rich in nutrients that prevent postpartum anemia. However, cholesterol in pork loin is relatively high, so it's best to control the amount consumed.

Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding mothers can eat pork loin. This meat contains iron, which is beneficial for you as a breastfeeding mum. In addition, pork loin contains folic acid which can boost your health and improve the quality of your breast milk. Try adding pork loin to a soup.

Baby

It's fine to introduce pork loin to your baby when he is around 10-months-old.
