Pregnancy

You can have goat's milk as long as it is not raw. It does contribute to calcium, protein and other minerals that help you build immunity and strength. There is very little difference between the nutritional value of a cow's milk and goat's milk.

Postpartum

You may drink goat's milk post-delivery as there is a very minor difference between this and cow's milk in terms of nutrition. Goat's milk does contribute to your daily calcium, protein and vitamin's requirement.

Breastfeeding

You can choose any milk during your breastfeeding phase, as long as it is not raw and you enjoy it. That being said, it's good to know that goat's milk also does help you with your daily calcium and protein intake.

Baby

Goat's milk is not suitable for babies under the age of 11 months.
