Pregnancy

Liang tea is not suitable for pregnant women. It may stimulate a pregnant mum's uterus, causing contractions and possibly premature birth or miscarriage.

Postpartum

Avoid drinking liang tea in your postpartum period because it can cause uterine contractions and excessive bleeding. It is not beneficial to your recovery.

Breastfeeding

Avoid drinking liang tea, breastfeeding mums. It may contain saccharin, preservatives, and other substances, which are not beneficial to your health or your baby's health. Some liang teas also contain licorice that can even reduce your breast milk production.

Baby

Liang tea is not suitable for babies under the age of 11 months.
