Pins and needles on fingers, 2nd trimester(17weeks)

Causes my hands to be sore in the middle of the night.. I’ll have pins n needles even when I’m eating or doing other stuffs.. have to keep moving and massaging it..is it normal? Even while typing this, my hands are starting to feel the pins and needles😢 any suggestions what I can do?#advicepls #firstpregnancy
