What supplement is need to take during second trimester? Besides obimin (multivitamin ) first time mother #20weeks3days

i had PreciousOne (dates supplement) for both of my pregnancy. and a handful of ajwa dates daily. 7 per day. as i couldnt swallow obimin and it literally leaves an awful taste afterwards. other than that, i try as much to have more fresh veggies or green leaves and fruits in each meal(watermelon and pomegranate).
