Vagina getting itchy and reddish

Hi, really need your help. Saya melahirkan baby(first time) 4 bulan lepas, 2nd months baru start period and after period I found out that my V sangat gatal(merah2) and tak pernah rasa teruk mcm ni nak garu tak boleh. Jadi cuma bertahan a few days, aneh, jadi tadi cuba ambil cermin tgk dalam tu penuh putih2 mcm susu pekat melekat di dalam. Sangat terkejut. What should I do?
