Boleh bagi info nak makan dan mnum apa utk kurgkan gula

    Tukar nasi putih kepada nasi perang. Elak makan pedas atau berminyak. Makanan bersambal tak boleh. Banyakkan makan sayur dan minum air kosong. Elak minum air manis. Kalau boleh elak roti putih, guna roti gandum. Pasta pun makan yang whole wheat. Breakfast cuba, telur rebus dengan avokado dan roti. Kenyang, berkhasiat, rendah gula. Tengah hari makan nasi perang, salmon panggang/ikan panggang dengan sayur banyak banyak. Snek makan biskut kering tanpa gula atau buah buahan. Yogurt greek dengan buah segar. Jangan makan yogurt dengan perisa contoh brand nestle tu. Manis! Greek Yogurt yang masam tu elok. Dinner boleh makan nasi perang, ayam bakar dan sayur
