Ilang weeks na ba akong buntis?

Hello po first time mom po ako. Ask lang po kung paano malalaman kung ilang weeks na akong buntis, feb 4 po yung last period ko tapos march 6 yung last day ng implantation bleeding ko. Naguguluhan lang po. Maraming Salamat po sa makasagot.
