My water broke yesterday morning and we got to the hospital... Was dilated 2cm plus... But was told labour is so slow taking place.... I how been discharging clear white water and keep changing pads...is it possible to have my baby today

What are the important supplements to take during pregnancy.... Urgent pls

The most important to take for the first trimester is folic acid. That’s important for development of baby’s neural tube. The rest are not 100% essential if you are able to eat well, and have a well balanced diet that includes a variety of fruits/vegetables, sources of protein and iron, as well as calcium. Some mummies prefer to add on supplements during pregnancy, especially for iron (since anaemia is common). There are many commercial options available (marketed as pregnancy vitamins)
