Nasi tim oyong udang #ResepMpasi

Nasi tim oyong udang Bahan-bahan : 1 genggam beras menthik organik 1/3 buah oyong, kupas kulitnya 3 ekor udang, potong kecil 1 potong tempe 1/4 buah wortel, parut 1/2 buah tomat, buang kulitnya potong kotak Secukupnya daun bawang 1 siung bawang merah Seledri Air matang secukupnya 1/2 sdt minyak wijen Unsalted butter untuk mengoles pinggan tahan panas. Cara membuat : Tumis bawang merah dengan ELOO hingga harum. Masukkan udang hingga berubah warna. Masukkan oyong, tempe, wortel, tomat. Aduk-aduk. Masukkan sedikit air matang. Masukkan daun bawang dan seledri. Terakhir tuang minyak wijen. Masak hingga terserap. Angkat tumisan dan sisihkan. Di panci, masak beras hingga agak lunak. Tuang tumisan oyong udang di pinggan tahan panas, tekan- tekan dan ratakan. Masukkan beras yang sudah di aron. Kukus hingga matang kurang lebih 30 menit. Sajikan nasi tim selagi hangat. Usia 9m+ Nasi tim favorit adek Z nyam!
