Monsoon best food for children of 2years old

What is the best food we can give for children during Monsoons? To elaborate, can we give all type of fruits/juices during Monsoons - Any particular food to avoid which causes Cold /Cough?

Monsoon session as in rainy season right? The safest fruit is Apple, Papaya for me, try not serve the fruit straight from refrigerator. Too much chilly fruits like watermelon, or snow pear will cause phlegm or cough, like wise cold food like jelly, ice cream. Heaty food like longan, durians, jackfruit can be eaten but not too much. Always remember to give children lotsa clean drinking water 😊
