My baby has not moved since morning I am worried. Please help should I wait or visit a doctor immediately

When ever u feel your baby isn't moving, after having your meal just lay down on your left side and try to notice the number of movements it makes, note it down if it's 6-10 kicks in 2 hours its normal. The baby might be resting for a long time that could be 4-8 hrs some times. That's completely normal.
