mga mamsh tulong i need ur advice last week na nag pa check up ako 1 cm tapos kanina 1-2 cm sabi ni OB and sumasakit nadin po ang tyan ko at balakang nagtatae at nag susuka din ako may sinat din 37 body temp ko, any advice para mabilis tumaas ang dilation? at maka panganak na hehe #pregnancy #advicepls First time mom here thank you!

lakad lakad lang po momsh and continue primrose. kasi ako nung thur night humihilab na tas check up ko fri close pa cervix ko kaya sat walking lang ginawa ko khit sobrang sakit na. sunday early morning di ko na kaya sakit nagpadala na ko sa hospital 8-9cm na agad kaya nailabas ko na din sya that day ❤
