This is normal po mommy, take rest and when you are ready you can do light exercises to strengthen your upper body

Pain in shoulder.

Is it normal to feel pain in shoulder, like in the shoulder blade hanggang arms. As in ngalay talaga. Im 18 weeks pregnant.

nararanasan ko din yan, specially pag napatagal ako ng higa sa isang side. hot compress mo lng po sa may shoulder para marelieve ka sa pain. 😊

Nausea and acid reflux.

Hi. Any tips po im having acid reflux and everytime kakaen ako nasusuka ako. And may feeling na naka stuck sa lalamunan ko. This is my 2nd pregnancy. My 1st one is easy but this time it's a lot harder. Im 8 weeks and 5 days.
