Dry cough - pregnant

Hello mga mamsh. 22 weeks pregnant here po. Ask ko lang po kung ano po ang magandang inumin or itake na natural remedy for dry cough with phlegm? Nahamugan po kasi ako last saturday. Ok po ba uminom ng pineapple juice? Thank you so much po.

Taking of Heragest

Hello, mommies! 1st time Mom, 18weeks pregnant. Ask ko lang po kung may naka try po ba na pagsabayin itake yung heragest 200mg at bedtime? Advised po kasi ng OB to take 2x a day. Currently working from home po ako at sobrang antok ko po pag morning at lunch ko sya tinake. Thank you po sa sasagot 🙂
