hy im overdue with 5days bt since yesterday im hv been experiencng a sharp tightening n a pain like a period pain ist a sign of labour?

hi moms my edd was yesterday should i be worried? wat can trigger labour naturally cz im hvng no pains nor cramps

It should be normal, most people don't give birth on their EDD. You shouldn't have to do anything to induce until past 42 weeks or if baby is already very big. You're probably feeling so eager and tired right, I can feel you but womb time is actually good for baby so hang in there!
